Winchester Ranger .38 Sp +P+

I've come upon a source for Winchester Ranger .38 Sp 110 gr. +P+ ammunition / $8.95 per box of 50. What's the reputation of this load? The price seems too cheap; however, if it's a quality defensive load in might be a good choice for my J frame .357. As always, thanks in advance for your input.

P.S. Might this be the "Treasury Load" of several decades ago? If so, is it still being produced?

Was also used by the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department in the '80s before the 9mm changeover, and is still authorized, far as I know, for snubbies.

It will run between 1000fps and 1060fps depending upon gun and lot of ammo.
