I have a Hi Power in 9mm and an SP101 in 357. I want another pistol, but I don't know what to get. I'm looking at PPK's, the Browning Pro-9, CZ PO1, Hi Pointe compact 9, Arcus, Browning Double Action (the small, older ones in .380), SP101 in 22LR, Taurus 24-7.

What should I get and what makes it so great?

Hi there whiffelball,

A Walther PPK or Bersa .380 would be really a nice addition, but how about a 1911?

What makes it so great is that it is a "classic" and you will enjoy owning and shooting it tremendously!

I would add a nice .22 auto, like a Buckmark or Ruger MkI or II.
A nice, classic 1911 would also be a fun addition.

I have a collection of handguns that includes most of the popular calibers, including 45ACP, but I didn't get a 1911 until late in life.

Now that I have a couple of 1911A1's, my collection is more complete. Having a Ruger or Glock 45 is just not good enough without also having the classic 45. poppy

Hello,

I would get a few more High Powers and then start rounding up 1911s, a few more SP-101s in between would be a good idea as well.

Take Care,
