There's a lubricant out there called STOS, affectionately referred to by old-timers as "slicker than owl [email protected]#t". It's a Ponsness-Warren product that I found works really well on the slide rails and sear-hammer of the HP. The lubricant issue is one that is really beat to death, but this product is rarely mentioned, just thought I'd throw it out there.

I remember STOS being sold as a resizing lube, and had not heard of using it for lubing the guns themselves.
But I don't see why not.
