Norma 9mm NATO surplus

Anybody have any opinions on the Norma 9mm NATO surplus the was imported around 2 or 3 years ago.

Specifically is it save in my Mark II Hi-Power. Do you find it to be a +P level round or is even hotter.

Gents,

A while back Hirtenberger Patronen 9mm was being imported and sold very reasonably. Trouble was the ammo was for SMG's and HOT. Not to mention the primers where harder than hell.
I woudn't shoot the stuff in a pistol I cared about...
On the other hand my UZI SMG just LOVES the stuff...
