The ballistics they're quoting are well within what I'd expect from non +P loadings in US ammo. I carry Winchester NATO 124-grain that runs around 1,250 fps, and yes, I'd consider that a +P loading, but not the 115-grain ammo you're looking at.

Gents,

A while back Hirtenberger Patronen 9mm was being imported and sold very reasonably. Trouble was the ammo was for SMG's and HOT. Not to mention the primers where harder than hell.
I woudn't shoot the stuff in a pistol I cared about...
On the other hand my UZI SMG just LOVES the stuff...

There seems to be some implied confusion about what constitutes +P. Think pressure not velocity. It is possible to increase velocity of a bullet without necessarily increasing pressure by using a powder that burns 'more efficiently'.
