New FBI duty ammo

The new FBI service ammo (Q4355) is a 180g enhanced Ranger Bonded load (RA40B). Current RA40B is not the same. After next run in Feb 08, it will be.

New FBI service ammo for the 9x19 is an enhanced 147g Ranger Bonded (Q4363)

What exactly, please, does "enhanced" mean?
