Stainless guns often have a problem with "galling". One reason I'm not a fan of Stainless guns.

The galling problem has been worked out by all of the decent gun makers years ago. Kimber, Colt, Kahr, and others work just fine. In fact, given a choice, I would always take stainless over carbon steel. The number of blued guns I've seen pitted or marred by corrosion can't be counted.
