I have aquired a FN Herstal 9mm DAO. From what i can glean if it was imported by Browning it would be called the BDAO. The firearm was NIB and came with one 15 round magazine. The magazine is marked Browning BDM. The factory grips are wider/thicker than i like. Will the grips from the Hi-power interchange?

No the grips won't interchange.

There is an FN double action model based upon the High Power frame that will interchange, but the DAO uses a different frame and slide.

Thanks abninftr, any ideas? What about the BDM, since that's the magazine that came with. According to the website it should have come with a 14 round mag but the 15 works perfect.

BDM and the FN DAO use similar frames. I'm not aware of any aftermarket grips for either gun.
