Can anyone tell me the differences between the 2?
And does anyone know the website of the CZ75 forum? Can't find it anymore.

The B in 75B stands for a block on the hammer that keeps it from discharging in the case of an accidental dropping, or something hitting the hammer.

The 85 Combat lacks this feature. It there fore is a slightly smoother trigger action. Not to say that the 75B doesn't have a smooth trigger.

Yana, I own both and I can not tell you either is better than the other. These are both fine pistols at reasonable prices. I would not be willing to pay a premium for a pre Model B CZ75. Regards, Richard
