Steve, no surprise here. The new CZ-3 rifle is produced by Montana Arms using t heir 1999 action. I have two of the medium actions, one stainless and the other Chrome moly. Overall they're a good action although some of the polishing slightly dished out the mounting holes in the action. Easily fixed with some light stoning. Personally, I like'm.
Looks like CZ is trying to develop a manufacturing base in the U.S.
