I've long maintained that a shorter grip AND a longer barrel each improve concealability.

If I ever got a G17, doing the same would save me investing in a lot of extra mags. I like it.

BTW, I never saw your pages before. Nice work, and appreciated. Too many people only take info from the net and don't contribute back.

Hehe, what about a G26 frame, on a 17 slide? Is that possible?

To tell the truth, though, what I'd really like is a G21 with a G30 butt. I doubt you could get the round shape of the G30's grip-frame out of a G21, though.

I guess I could get a G30, and then order an aftermarket G21 barrel for it, couldn't I?
