·I understand these are Mexico made, are they loaded weak ? How does it compare with US WWB or the Czech S and B?

Aguila brand is from the Remington plant in Mexico. I would use it for practice if I had too. I do not recommend it. Quality seems to be up and down...
Winch works OK.
My favorite ball round is S & B. Good quality with lacquer sealed primers and bullets. When I carry ball ammo for self defense this is what I use.
My students use A LOT of S & B 9mm and .45 and we have yet to have any problems.
