I'm afraid that's impossible to say without knowing more about how you intend to carry and what you intend to hunt and how big you are.
A lot of folks like the Glock 20, as it allows the use of a 6" drop-in factory barrel for hunting. It also holds 15+1 and its polymer frame moderates felt recoil. It is quite large through the gripframe, however, and is difficult to use if one has small to medium hands.
I carry a S&W 1076 (with heavy recoil springs and Double Tap ammo) - it's heck for stout. A lot of people don't like the S&W system, though.
