Is it legal to send a 13 round mag that has a spacer installed to limit it to 10 rounds to a 10 round limit state? Maryland is the state. Thanks for a reply, Bill

A removable spacer? Don't think it'd be legal.

Personally, I wouldn't do it. I try not to expose myself to 'hostile fire' if I can avoid it.

Thanks for the reply, my engraver had a $3,500 browning on gun broker and the guy who bought it was from maryland and he asked me what kind of clip would be ok. I said i thought it had to be a "non readily detachable floorplate" or non- convertible type mag. Bill

Hello,

According to Mec-Gar's site they'll ship up to 20 round mags to Maryland.
