Winchester .45acp 230gr JHP in the white box

I was wondering what the consensus here is on these?
How big of a liability are non bonded JHPs (such as these) over bonded?
I've had very good results with expansion on targets, and none of the stubborn soot I've experienced with bargain lines from both Winchester and Remington.

Ammo prices are expected to rise in CA next month, so I'm considering picking up a few boxes before then, or maybe switching to a bonded JHP although the Winchesters have been 100% reliable in my 1911.
Currently they are $34/50 at Walmart while Winchester Supreme Defender PDX1 45 acp 230gr BJHP run $27.99/20 Rounds at Sportsman's Warehouse(no more internet ammo sales in CA )

Since I save my brass and reload my range ammo and settled on LPPs, I'm not interested in SPP Federals.

Unless you foresee needing to shoot through doors, glass, etc., I'd say there isn't much of a liability over bonded. Now whether they expand properly per the FBI gelatin protocols, I don't know, but the online reviews seem positive.
