the ones ive shot handled pretty good. i dont know about how many rounds will be its actual firing life, but the hundreds of rounds ive fired though them they seemed to be acurate enough for combat purposes and felt good in my hand. the fit and finish is about average compared to most any basic 1911 ive seen, not counting the tricked out or loaded models....

remo,

I have the RIA [MS] 4" bbl, I really like it as a .45acp for plinking and bustling paper at 10 yards. I did at first have a few jams, but once I cleaned it really good and polished the feed ramp, and put couple hundred rounds through it, all is fine, no jams in over 500 rounds. I did add Trijicon nights sights and eventually put some Testor's orange paint on the front sight for my old eyes, and a new set of custom red oak laminated stocks [made by a friend of mine]. It's a fun pistol to shoot, but it's not a target pistol, it's a milspec and for me a fun pistol to shoot, I plan on keeping it.

They are a good buy for what you get at todays prices. They are a pistol you might have to play with a little to get it to run but I think they are worth it. They sure sell a lot of them. Good luck in your search.
